* Replace oil filter and gasket

* Clean and replace fuel pump strainer and gasket (if applicable)

* Replace nozzle

* Inspect and clean retention head

* Clean and inspect electrodes for cracks and wear

* Clean and inspect cad cell

* Oil motors

* Inspect oil burner fan controls

* Check for any abnormalities

* Inspect or vacuum clean combustion chamber

* Clean heat exchanger

* Remove and inspect flue pipe and base of chimney

* Reinstall flue pipe and seal joint at thimble

* Seal any clean-out doors

* Clean up furnace and surrounding area

* Check for leaks Oil and Water

* Check fuel level in oil tank and advise customer if low

* Perform combustion efficiency test

* Check over-all condition of furnace or boiler

* Share and document information with customer
